About the Internship/Job:

They are excited to offer a position for a Junior Advocate who is passionate about family law and eager to specialize in matrimonial laws. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under the guidance of an experienced Matrimonial Specialist Lawyer and gain invaluable hands-on experience in family law cases.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Demonstrated experience or keen interest in family law.
Strong drafting skills and proficiency in the English language.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Must be willing to learn and adapt to the nuances of matrimonial laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in handling various family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and other matrimonial disputes.
Draft legal documents, petitions, and letters under the supervision of the senior lawyer.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and find relevant case laws and statutes.
Liaise with clients to gather information, provide updates, and offer support throughout their legal proceedings.
Attend court sessions and other legal proceedings as required.

Duration:

This is a full-time position requiring immediate joining. The selected candidate must be prepared to commit to the work timings of 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
