About the Internship/Job:

They are excited to offer a position for a Junior Advocate who is passionate about family law and eager to specialize in matrimonial laws. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under the guidance of an experienced Matrimonial Specialist Lawyer and gain invaluable hands-on experience in family law cases.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

• Demonstrated experience or keen interest in family law.

• Strong drafting skills and proficiency in the English language.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Must be willing to learn and adapt to the nuances of matrimonial laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling various family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and other matrimonial disputes.

• Draft legal documents, petitions, and letters under the supervision of the senior lawyer.

• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and find relevant case laws and statutes.

• Liaise with clients to gather information, provide updates, and offer support throughout their legal proceedings.

• Attend court sessions and other legal proceedings as required.

Duration:

This is a full-time position requiring immediate joining. The selected candidate must be prepared to commit to the work timings of 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
