About the Job/Internship:

They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Advocate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest and experience in family law, particularly matrimonial matters. The selected candidate will work closely with our senior lawyers, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the legal processes related to family law.

Eligibility:

• Must hold a law degree from a recognized university.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law is required.

• Strong proficiency in drafting and excellent command of the English language.

• Must be residing in Mumbai and have a willingness to learn matrimonial laws.

• Immediate availability to join the firm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and other legal documents related to family law.

• Conduct legal research and provide assistance in preparing cases.

• Attend court proceedings and client meetings under the guidance of senior lawyers.

• Assist in managing case files and documentation.

• Work on legal strategies and case management with the senior advocates.

• Provide legal assistance and consultations to clients as required.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. Candidates must be willing to commit to the required work timings from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
