About the Internship/Job:

The firm is looking for a Junior Associate and Interns to support their expanding litigation practice. The Junior Associate will handle complex legal drafting tasks, while Interns will assist with general legal research and case preparation. Both roles offer valuable exposure to diverse legal areas and court procedures.

Eligibility:

- *Junior Associate:* 0-2 years of relevant experience in litigation.

- *Interns:* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Skilled in using computers efficiently.

- Positive attitude and adaptability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Junior Associate:

- Draft legal documents including writs, suits, appeals, evidence, motions, applications, consumer/RERA complaints, ABA, and BA.

- Prepare non-litigation documents such as Letters & Licenses (L&L), Power of Attorney (PAA), Deeds of Agreement (DA), wills, and codicils.

Interns:

- Assist with legal research and case preparation.

- Support with drafting and administrative tasks as needed.

Duration:

- Junior Associate: Full-time position.

- Interns: Long-term commitment preferred.
