RS Justicia Law Chambers is seeking a Junior Associate to join its legal team in Nariman Point, Mumbai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, including Civil and Commercial Litigation, white-collar criminal cases, and tribunal matters such as DRT and NCLT. The position involves a blend of legal drafting, research, court appearances, and client coordination, providing a comprehensive experience in litigation and legal advisory work.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LL.B from a reputed law college.

• Experience:

  • 1-2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

  • Freshers with relevant internships and strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.

• Additional Preference: Candidates with filing experience will be given priority.

• Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in legal drafting and research.

  • Strong understanding of civil and commercial litigation procedures.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements and related documents.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents.

• Manage litigation processes, including instructing, briefing, and coordinating with external counsel.

• Represent the firm in court appearances and hearings across various courts and tribunals in Mumbai.

• Stay informed about legal developments and provide accurate legal advice to clients.

Duration

This is a full-time position.

Salary/Stipend

Remuneration will align with market standards and be based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
