About the Job:
VRG LEGAL LLP, a young and dynamic law firm based in Delhi, is seeking a talented and hardworking individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates or individuals with limited experience to build a long-term association with a firm dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.
We specialize in Taxation, Corporate, and Commercial Laws and are looking for someone passionate about drafting, research, and contributing to our growing practice.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: LLB graduate.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Preference: First-generation lawyers are encouraged to apply.
Strong work ethic, commitment, and integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting and Research:
Prepare legal drafts, agreements, and documents.
Conduct thorough research on various legal topics related to Taxation, Corporate, and Commercial Laws.
Court Appearances:
Occasional appearances (please note this is not a daily court appearance role).
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Collaborate with the team on legal matters and provide support as required.
Duration:
This is a full-time role, requiring a long-term commitment.
