About the Job

We are urgently hiring experienced advocates for the position of Junior Associates (Level - 2) in our Litigation Department. This is a full-time, offline role requiring candidates to work from the office. Immediate joiners who are passionate about litigation and legal drafting are encouraged to apply.


Eligibility

Mandatory Qualification: LLB graduate, enrolled with any State Bar Council as an Advocate, with a good command of the English language.

Desired Qualification: Advocates who have cleared AIBE and hold additional qualifications like LLM or CS will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in a litigation law firm or chamber.


Skills:

Proficiency in legal drafting for commercial, non-commercial, civil, and criminal cases.

Familiarity with filing procedures and miscellaneous work in district courts.

Strong English language skills are essential.


Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting various types of legal documents and pleadings for district courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.

Filing and managing legal documentation for civil, criminal, and commercial cases.

Handling miscellaneous legal work and appearing in court for various cases.

Managing official communication and ensuring deadlines are met.

Adhering to work schedules and being flexible to extend working hours as needed.

Duration

Full-time, permanent position.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 15,000 per month for the first three months.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sundays are fixed off. Candidates should be flexible to work extended hours if required.
