Shandilya Law Offices, a distinguished legal firm based in New Delhi, is seeking a Junior Law Associate to join its Civil and Criminal Litigation team. The firm specializes in various legal domains, including Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Land Acquisition, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Consumer Affairs, Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) matters, Prevention of Corruption cases, Corporate Law, Service Matters, Cyber Law, Family Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Juvenile Justice, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for young legal professionals who wish to gain hands-on experience in litigation and work on challenging cases across various courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in litigation.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.

  • Excellent research and legal writing abilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to argue before Courts/Tribunals.

  • Capability to work independently and within a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, petitions, and agreements.

• Arguing cases before various courts and tribunals, including the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), Consumer Forums, and other judicial bodies.

• Conducting legal research and case law analysis.

• Assisting in strategizing litigation matters and case management.

• Engaging with clients, advising on legal matters, and preparing case reports.

• Coordinating with senior counsels, briefing them on case developments, and assisting in court proceedings.

Duration

This is a full-time, permanent position with long-term growth opportunities within the firm.
