About the Job:
They are seeking a Junior Legal Professional with a specialization in General Corporate Advisory and Intellectual Property. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the legal field, eager to grow their expertise, and ready to contribute to our firm’s success.
Eligibility:
A law degree from a reputed institution.
2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Proven experience in General Corporate Advisory.
Strong background in Intellectual Property law, including experience in filing trademark applications, advising on copyright issues, and drafting IP license agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on various general corporate matters.
Manage and file trademark applications.
Advise clients on copyright and other IP-related issues.
Draft and negotiate IP license agreements and other legal documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive legal support to clients.
Stay updated with the latest developments in corporate and IP law.
Duration:
This is a full-time position.
