About the Internship/Job:

As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing critical transactions, all while engaging with external stakeholders and portfolio companies. Eligibility:

1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Prior exposure to Private Equity transactions is essential.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to the city.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Transactional Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to PE transactions.
Negotiating terms and agreements with counterparties.
Conducting due diligence and legal research.
Interacting with external stakeholders, including legal teams, regulatory authorities, and financial advisors.
Engaging with portfolio companies to provide legal support and guidance.
Assisting in compliance and regulatory matters.
Contributing to the fund’s legal strategy and risk management.
