About the Internship/Job:

Position: Labour and Employment Lawyer Practice Area: Labour and Employment Location: Delhi

Eligibility:

The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 6 years of experience in the field of Labour and Employment law. A comprehensive understanding of Employment law, Labour law, Employment Benefits, Wages, Contracts, Compliance, Handbooks, and familiarity with social security, POSH, and Industrial relations is crucial. The candidate should also have experience in reviewing employment policies related to sexual harassment, disability, leave, and remote working.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on matters related to Labour and Employment law.

• Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Handle issues related to employment benefits and wages.

• Review and advise on social security, POSH, and Industrial relations.

• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal aspects of employee relations.

• Review and update employment policies, including those related to sexual harassment, disability, leave, and remote working.

Duration:

Full-time, Permanent
