About ASBO Legal
ASBO Legal is a full-service law office specializing in dispute resolution, litigation, and advisory across various domains, including real estate, banking, criminal, labor, service, tax, insolvency, arbitrations, and general corporate matters. The firm actively practices before the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts in Delhi, and multiple Forums/Tribunals.
We are inviting applications from interested candidates with at least 1 year of experience in litigation for the position of Legal Associate.
Eligibility
LLB graduate from a BCI-recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation.
Strong foundational understanding of law and legal principles.
Familiarity with SCC and Manupatra for legal research.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, written submissions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Conducting legal research on various issues of law and policy.
Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Boards, and Commissions.
Assisting in case preparation, strategy development, and legal drafting.
Undertaking other related legal tasks as assigned.
