About the Job:

MS Law Chambers is seeking dedicated and motivated Associates with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in legal practice, including client interaction, court appearances, and working closely with senior counsel.

Eligibility:

0-3 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residing in or willing to relocate to New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing briefs and case summaries.
Interacting with clients and addressing their legal queries.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and agreements.
Conducting legal research on various topics.
Briefing senior counsel on case details.
Representing clients in court and during other legal proceedings.

Duration:

Permanent position with an immediate start date.
