About the Job:

S.K. Lath & Co. is seeking dynamic and dedicated law graduates with 0-5 years of experience to join their team as Legal Associates. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in conducting legal vetting, audits, due diligence, and drafting various agreements in compliance with banking and financial regulations. This role also involves legal research and on-site verification of title deeds. The firm offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.

Eligibility:

- Law graduates with 0-5 years of experience.

- Proficiency in MS Word.

- Strong knowledge of Company Laws and Banking Regulations.

- Previous experience in legal vetting, audits, due diligence, or drafting legal agreements is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal vetting, audits, and due diligence for various clients.

- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements in accordance with the requirements of banks and financial institutions.

- Performing legal research on various topics and preparing detailed legal opinions.

- Conducting on-site verification of title deeds to ensure legal compliance.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with immediate joining.
