About the Job/Internship:

The Associate Legal role is tailored to candidates seeking professional growth and practical experience in corporate and litigation practices.


Eligibility:

- Educational Qualification: LLB or equivalent degree

- Experience: 0 to 2 years in a legal role, with internships or prior work experience in law firms preferred

- Strong foundational knowledge of the IPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, Contract Law, CrPC, CPC, and the Constitution of India


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Legal research and drafting: Conduct comprehensive legal research and assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and related documents.

2. Client interaction: Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing legal insights and maintaining effective communication. Strong verbal skills are essential.

3. Travel requirements: Travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) to various client locations to ensure timely service delivery.

4. Collaboration with legal firms: Work closely with seasoned attorneys and legal teams to deliver effective solutions.


Duration:

The position is full-time with no fixed term, offering a long-term career opportunity.
