About the Job:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in handling legal cases, conducting research, drafting legal documents, mentoring junior associates, and representing clients in court. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience and grow in a fast-paced legal environment.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional legal experience

- Litigation experience of 3-4 years preferred

- Strong drafting, legal research, and case analysis skills

- Prior experience handling clients is an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of courtroom proceedings


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies for day-to-day court proceedings.

- Draft and prepare legal documents, including notes for hearings and written submissions.

- Represent clients in court and handle cases from start to end.

- Delegate tasks such as research, drafting, and court appearances to junior associates.

- Mentor junior associates and address their concerns regularly.

- Conduct preparation for hearings, including final hearings.

- Follow up with junior associates to ensure efficient workflow.


Duration:

Full-time, permanent position
