About the Job:

Chambers of Shiv Chopra is inviting applications for the position of an Associate with 1-2 years of work experience in litigation. This role offers a great opportunity for legal professionals looking to gain substantial courtroom and drafting experience in prominent legal forums across Delhi.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- Must possess a personal laptop

- Preference will be given to applicants with their own mode of transport and prior experience in drafting civil and commercial suits, writs, and quashing petitions. Proficiency in e-filing and clearing defects is highly valued.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting and filing legal documents

- Conducting legal research and preparing case files

- Preparing notes for case hearings

- Appearing before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and Trial Courts across Delhi

- Managing e-filing and ensuring defects are cleared

- Assisting with the drafting of civil and commercial suits, writ petitions, and quashing petitions


Duration:

Full-time position
