About the Job:

M&G Co. Legal is seeking a qualified and motivated Legal Associate to join its team in Agra. This on-site role offers a platform to work on diverse legal matters, collaborate with senior associates and partners, and contribute to the firm’s success in handling complex corporate cases.


Eligibility:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

  • Experience: Prior experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not mandatory.


  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols.

    • Excellent research, communication, and writing skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents.

  • Assist in developing and executing legal strategies.

  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders effectively.

  • Collaborate with senior associates and partners on intricate legal cases.


Duration:

Full-time position with immediate joining preferred.


Salary/Stipend:

Competitive salary based on discussion and candidate’s experience.


Location:

Agra (On-site).
