About the Job:

ISG is seeking talented and experienced professionals to join its Corporate Legal Team at the Goregaon East branch in Mumbai. This role offers a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal matters related to digital payments and fintech.


Eligibility:

  • Education: LLB from a reputed law college/university in India. Certifications in Digital Banking or Financial Technology from recognized institutions are preferred.

  • Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in commercial banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.


    Skills:

    • Proficiency in handling legal matters related to digital payments and fintech.

    • Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and network policies related to payment aggregation, IT outsourcing, and digital payments.

    • Knowledge of the legal, operational, and technological frameworks for digital banking products and services.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, license agreements, TSP agreements, and more with service providers, technology partners, and fintech entities.

  • Analyze legal issues related to statutory and regulatory risks/compliance, and provide advisories and recommendations to business teams.

  • Track and update MIS, laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the business and policies.


Duration:

Full-time position with no hybrid or remote working options.


Salary/Stipend:

Competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.


Location:

Goregaon East, Mumbai (Offline mode).
