About the Job:

The firm is seeking a dedicated Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team in New Delhi. Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- 1-2 years of professional experience in a law firm.

- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and litigation processes.

- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.

- Conducting in-depth legal research on various issues across practice areas.

- Assisting in litigation and dispute resolution processes.

- Liaising with clients to understand their legal needs and provide actionable advice.

- Preparing case summaries, legal opinions, and presentations.

- Managing legal filings and documentation with courts and other authorities.


Duration:
