We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Legal Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing legal documentation, court proceedings, and ensuring the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates looking to start their legal careers in a dynamic and challenging environment.


Eligibility

  • Law graduate with 0–1 year of experience in legal roles

  • Strong knowledge of legal drafting, corporate law, and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle court proceedings and work with external counsel


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MoUs

  • Provide legal advice and strategic support to the management team on corporate matters

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

  • Collaborate with counsels for court proceedings and other legal matters

  • Maintain and update records of licenses, agreements, and regulatory filings

  • Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
