About the Job:

Patil Law Firm is seeking passionate and skilled Legal Associates to join their dynamic team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for legal professionals to work on high-profile cases, develop their expertise across various legal domains, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success. The Legal Associate will assist senior attorneys, handle legal research, draft documents, and maintain client relationships.

Eligibility:

- LLB degree from an accredited law university

- Member of the Bar Association of India

- Enrolled with a State Bar

- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Prior experience in a specific area of law is a plus but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of cases

- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and more

- Assist in trial preparation, hearings, and depositions

- Support senior attorneys in managing case files and legal strategies

- Communicate with clients and help in maintaining client relationships

- Collaborate with the legal team to provide excellent legal services

Duration:

Full-time position with a long-term commitment.
