About the Job:

SSP Partners is seeking a dedicated Legal Associate with a strong background in property law to join their team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have expertise in due diligence, title search reports, and possess excellent drafting skills. This position is ideal for a candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and has the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Eligibility:

- Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

- A minimum of 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in due diligence and title search reports.

- Proficient in legal drafting.

- Must be a resident of Patna with good mobility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough due diligence and preparing comprehensive title search reports.

- Drafting various legal documents and agreements.

- Managing and reviewing legal documentation related to property matters.

- Assisting in client consultations and providing legal advice as required.

- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and case management.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
