About the Internship/Job:

They are currently seeking dynamic LLB graduates with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as Legal Associates. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in assisting the firm in drafting company petitions, appeals, applications, schemes of mergers & amalgamation, and other documentation related to the Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law.

Eligibility:

LLB graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law and IBC matters.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
Previous experience in handling litigations and appearances before NCLT and NCLAT will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including company petitions, appeals, and applications.
Assisting in the preparation of schemes of mergers & amalgamation.
Conducting legal research and providing insightful analysis.
Representing the firm in NCLT and NCLAT proceedings.
Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop effective legal strategies.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.

Duration:

Full-time position.
