About the Job:

MLP is actively hiring an Associate Advocate specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in IPR law, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to develop their expertise. This role offers opportunities to work closely with experienced professionals, manage diverse IP matters, and interact with clients.


Eligibility:

- Post-qualification experience (PQE): 1-2 years in IPR.

- Educational Qualification: LLB (3-year or 5-year) or LLM.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting trademark searches and providing professional opinions.

- Managing IP filings, renewals, and trademark application prosecutions.

- Maintaining and updating clients' trademark portfolios.

- Handling client queries related to IP practices and drafting legal opinions.

- Preparing documents for oppositions, counter-statements, rectifications, and rejoinders.

- Representing clients in show-cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.


Location:

West Delhi (near Ramesh Nagar/Rajouri Garden/Kirti Nagar)
