About the Job:

Asahi Legal is looking to hire an Associate Lawyer with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience. The role primarily focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on High Court, Arbitration, and DRT/DRAT matters. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic legal environment, gaining exposure to a variety of commercial litigation cases.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

- 0-4 years of PQE in litigation

- Prior experience in High Court, Arbitration, or DRT/DRAT will be an advantage

- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal documents

- Attending court hearings in High Court, Arbitration, and DRT/DRAT matters

- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs

- Assisting senior lawyers with case preparation and client meetings

- Representing clients in various legal forums

- Managing case files and ensuring timely filing of documents


Duration:

This is a full-time position with a long-term career opportunity at the firm.
