About the Job:

The role of the Legal Executive is pivotal for managing contracts, agreements, and vendor negotiations for the company’s IT staffing projects. The position involves reviewing and drafting legal documents such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Subcontractor Agreements. Candidates with a background in law and an interest in IT contracts and staffing will thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced role. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates are preferred. The position requires working during night shifts, from 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST, to ensure alignment with the USA client base.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB) from a UGC-recognized institution.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience, although freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft and review various legal documents including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), Subcontractor Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.

- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Handle paperwork for W2s, PO, and 19 documentation.

- Engage in contract redlining and abstraction.

- Manage contract lifecycle and vendor management processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and contractual obligations.

- Provide support in the legal aspects of corporate transactions and IT staffing.

Duration:

Full-time, ongoing position.
