Legal Internship at Square Yards

About the Internship:

Square Yards is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal & Compliance team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the legal field and collaborate closely with experienced legal professionals.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or completed an LLB degree.

  • Preferred candidates are based in Gurugram.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, vet, and redline various legal documents, including lease agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

  2. Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal issues.

  3. Assist with the preparation of legal documents.

  4. Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.

  5. Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal department.

  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law and business laws (Companies Act, NIA, and Arbitration laws).

  7. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Duration:

3 months

Stipend:

INR 15,000/- per month
