About the Job:

The Legal & Investor Relations Associate role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical aspects of legal drafting, investor relations, and public communication. The role is based in Udaipur and is designed for individuals who are passionate about law and have a flair for effective communication in investor and public relations.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in legal drafting, agreements, or investor relations (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Preferred: Experience in public relations or communication strategies and familiarity with financial markets.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing side letter agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

- Conducting legal research and providing written analysis to support business operations.

- Assisting in managing investor relations by responding to queries and preparing investor communications.

- Collaborating with the public relations team to create impactful communication strategies.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

- Maintaining accurate records of agreements, correspondence, and investor-related documentation.
