About the Position:

They are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Legal Manager to join our dynamic legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a legal role, including fresh graduates who are eager to embark on a rewarding legal career. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations and contributing to our mission of delivering seamless health insurance services.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
0-2 years of PQE in a legal role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and advice to various departments within the company.
Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate governance best practices.
Participate in the resolution of legal disputes and manage external legal counsel as necessary.
Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations.
Support the legal department in delivering comprehensive legal solutions that align with the company’s objectives.

Duration:

This is a full-time position.
