About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Legal Officer to join our Corporate Legal & Compliance team in Pune. This is a full-time, work-from-office position suited for professionals with experience in legal processes within the software industry.


Eligibility

2-4 years of experience in legal roles, specifically in drafting and reviewing agreements.

Candidates must be based in Pune.

Background in IT/software or experience with reputed legal consulting firms is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including SOWs, amendments, and AMCs, across all group companies.

Drafting agreements related to privacy laws in compliance with the legal frameworks of different countries.

Reviewing and negotiating software license agreements and other technical contracts with third parties.

Preparing legal documents, notices, and SOPs to ensure organizational compliance with statutory laws.

Staying updated on legal and compliance developments to advise the organization effectively.

Duration

Full-time, permanent position.
