As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in contract drafting, front-end negotiations, and corporate advisory. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong In-House background, particularly those with experience in IT companies, to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Eligibility:
4-8 years of professional legal experience.
In-depth experience in contract drafting, front-end negotiations, and corporate advisory.
Strong background in In-House legal roles, preferably within the IT industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft and review a variety of contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
Engage in front-end negotiations to secure favorable terms.
Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends.
