About the Role:

Enroute Law is seeking a Legal Recruiter with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with prior experience in legal recruitment. This full-time, remote role is suited for law graduates who are skilled in recruitment and staffing for legal roles. This position offers an opportunity to work from home while contributing to the growth of the legal industry by matching law firms and corporate legal departments with qualified professionals.


Eligibility:

- PQE: 1-2 years in legal recruitment, with experience in staffing and recruitment services preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

- Strong understanding of legal industry trends and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal hiring and staffing services for law firms and corporate legal departments.

- Perform end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, to meet clients' needs.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

- Stay updated with legal industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.

Duration:

This is a full-time, permanent position.


Location:

Remote – work-from-home opportunity.


Salary/Stipend:

Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and expected CTC.
