Dr. Sadaf Ali Khan is offering a Research Assistantship for law students interested in deepening their knowledge and skills in Competition Law and Commercial Law. Eligibility:

  • Law students in their third year or above of the 5-year law program.

  • Law students in their second year or above of the 3-year LLB program.

  • Students pursuing a relevant equivalent program.

  • Excellent research skills and a keen interest in Competition Law and Commercial Law.

  • Students from marginalized and underprivileged backgrounds with relevant skills and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research in the fields of Competition Law and Commercial Law.

  • Assisting in drafting and editing research papers and articles.

  • Collecting and analyzing relevant legal data and case laws.

  • Collaborating with Dr. Sadaf Ali Khan on various research projects and assignments.

  • Meeting deadlines and fulfilling assigned tasks diligently.

Duration:
  • The position is part-time and ongoing, subject to the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
