Legal Research Intern (Remote) – 5 Weeks

About the Internship/Job:

They are offering a unique opportunity for passionate and detail-oriented law students to join us as Legal Research Interns. This remote internship spans 5 weeks, providing interns with hands-on experience, mentorship, guidance, and exposure to pressing social issues. The program aims to enhance participants’ legal research skills, foster a deeper understanding of social challenges, and offer a platform for meaningful contributions to the field.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in a law school or recent law school graduate.

• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Passionate about addressing social issues through legal means.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Access to necessary technology and a reliable internet connection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on relevant social issues.

• Analyze and synthesize legal information to support organizational initiatives.

• Draft memos, reports, and summaries of research findings.

• Collaborate with mentors and fellow interns for knowledge exchange.

• Attend virtual meetings and discussions to enhance learning.

• Participate in project-specific tasks as assigned by the organization.

Duration:

The internship will commence between 8th Jan 2024 and 25th Jan 2024, spanning a total of 5 weeks.
