Job Opportunity as Legal Researcher Trainee

About the Job/Internship:

DigiLawyer is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in legal research, compliance monitoring, AI model development, and more. The role is designed to equip trainees with the skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven legal environment while providing exposure to a diverse range of legal practices.


Eligibility:

- Educational Qualification: BA LLB, LLB, or LLM

- Experience: 0-2 years (experienced candidates will be preferred)

- Strong interest in legal research, compliance, and technology


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Data Conversion & Structuring: Restructure legal data from IPC, CRPC, and CPC into required formats for compliance purposes.

2. Legal Updates & Amendments: Stay informed about recent legal changes and amendments to update the team.

3. Legal Research & Case Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analyze case laws to build structured legal databases.

4. Drafting & Document Review: Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, notices, and reviewing policies.

5. AI Model Support: Support the improvement of AI accuracy through research and participate in testing and training algorithms.

6. Compliance Monitoring: Track changes in corporate laws and ensure the organization adheres to compliance requirements.

7. Content Creation: Write blogs, articles, and conduct webinars on significant legal topics to foster knowledge sharing.

8. Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide legal assistance to various teams as required.


Duration:

- Training Period: 4 months (service bond for 18 months, inclusive of a refundable security cheque for ₹50,000 from a zero-balance account).


Salary/Stipend:

- Training Stipend: ₹16,000 per month

- Post-Training Pay: Up to ₹4 LPA (competitive industry structure)

- Additional Benefits: Provident Fund, medical benefits, leave policy, and a 5-day work week
