About the Job:

V-Mart Retail's Head Office in Gurgaon is seeking a dedicated Paralegal Associate to join their Legal Department. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance and supporting the legal team in various administrative and documentation tasks.

Eligibility:

- Education: Any Graduate/LLB

- Experience: 0-1 year in a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Follow up and maintain records in the compliance tracker, including scanning and filing licenses and related documents (both digital and physical).

- Maintain files and repositories for authority letters, lease deeds, legal cases, and licenses, ensuring they are organized and accessible in both physical and digital formats.

- Coordinate with stores and respective departments to ensure compliance and the timely submission of necessary documents.

- Support the Accounts and Treasury teams by following up on approved payments for licenses and coordinating with store managers for prompt processing.

- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and other related tasks.

Full-time position
