About the Job:

Masilamani Law Partners is seeking a Patent Associate to join their team in Noida. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of patent-related tasks including drafting, filing, prosecution, and post-grant activities. The firm is looking for candidates with a background in engineering or other science streams.

Eligibility:

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in patent-related work.

  • Education: Preferred technical domains include software, electronics, and mechanical engineering. Graduates from other science streams such as MSc or Biotech are also welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting patent applications.

  • Filing and prosecuting patents.

  • Managing post-grant activities.

  • Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure high-quality patent documentation.

  • Conducting research and analysis related to patent law and technical domains.

Duration:

This is a full-time position.
