About the Job:
The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is inviting applications for 36 Research Associate positions on a contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to gain hands-on experience in legal research, court procedures, and judicial workings. Selected candidates will work closely with Hon’ble Judges, assisting in research, drafting, and case analysis.
Eligibility:
✔️ Educational Qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) completed in 2025 from a Bar Council of India-recognized institution.✔️ Final Year Candidates: Those who appeared in their final-year LL.B. exams in 2025 and are awaiting results may also apply.✔️ Minimum Marks: 55% in LL.B.
Roles and Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and legal principles.📌 Assist in drafting judgments, orders, and legal documents.📌 Analyze legal precedents and prepare case briefs.📌 Support Hon’ble Judges in court proceedings and judicial processes.📌 Summarize arguments, legal provisions, and assist in case preparation.
Duration:
🕒 Tenure: 1 year (extendable up to 2 years based on performance).
