About the Job:
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate, to join the team in November 2024. This is a physical role based in Patna, ideal for fresh law graduates with prior exposure to trademark and copyright prosecution through internships in IP. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in intellectual property law and will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility:
- Law Graduate/Fresher
- Prior exposure to Trade Marks and Copyright Prosecution during IP internships
- Patna-based candidates (mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the prosecution of trademarks and copyrights
- Conducting legal research on IP-related matters
- Drafting and filing trademark and copyright applications
- Liaising with clients and regulatory authorities
- Managing IP portfolios and ensuring compliance with IP laws
- Supporting the team in preparing legal documents and reports
Duration:
- Start Date: November 2024
- This is a full-time position.
