About the Internship/Job:
The firm is offering a brilliant opportunity for transactional lawyers to join its dynamic team in Delhi NCR. As a part of this team, you will have the chance to work on high-profile M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. You will be involved in end-to-end handling of complex deals, learning from experts in the field and contributing to the firm’s success.
Eligibility:
SAS/PAS/Counsels with robust experience in managing complex transactions.
Strong understanding of M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals.
Demonstrated ability to handle intricate legal matters from start to finish.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end management of complex transactions, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals.
Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to provide expert legal advice to clients.
Analyze legal documents, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Duration:
Full-time position
