This role involves working on litigation and IPR matters under the guidance of seasoned legal professionals. Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practice in the legal field.

• Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling litigation cases at the Calcutta High Court.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case-related documents.

• Work on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide legal advice.

• Collaborate with senior lawyers to strategize and execute casework.

• Maintain accurate records of cases and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Duration

This is a full-time position.

Salary/Stipend

The compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

Location

Kolkata, with work primarily based at the Calcutta High Court.
