About the Internship/Job:
We are seeking Associate Advocates for our office, offering an opportunity for law graduates enrolled with the Bar Council to gain hands-on experience in litigation at various courts and tribunals. This position allows individuals to grow and enhance their professional careers in the legal field.
Eligibility:
Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council
0-3 years of experience
Good command over legal and English language
Reasonable knowledge of key search engines
Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
Draft legal documents and pleadings
Assist senior advocates in court proceedings
Attend client meetings and hearings
Profile: Associate Advocate (Litigation)
Duration: Full-time position
