About the Job:

Clergy and Wisemen LLP is seeking two enthusiastic associates to join our Bangalore office in the role of Associate, General Litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about litigation and eager to make a significant impact. The positions available cater to candidates with 0-1 year and 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.

Eligibility:

  • For PQE 0-1 year: Fresh law graduates or those with up to one year of experience.

  • For PQE 1-2 years: Candidates with one to two years of post-qualification experience in litigation.

  • Strong interest in general litigation.

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Immediate availability for joining.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in court appearances and client meetings.

  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

  • Preparing case files and briefs for litigation matters.

  • Collaborating with senior associates and partners on various cases.

  • Providing support in the development of litigation strategies.

  • Managing deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with immediate joining.
