About the Job:
They are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Legal Associate position, aimed at enthusiastic individuals with a strong passion for corporate law. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of post-qualification experience (PQE) looking to make a significant impact in the field of law.
Eligibility:
A degree in law from a recognized university.
PQE: 0 to 6 months, with a keen interest in corporate law.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using technology and legal software.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Extracting clauses and data from contracts to assist in the development of a legal AI tool.
Managing the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
Conducting legal research and providing support on various corporate law matters.
Collaborating with other team members to enhance the firm's legal services.
Duration:
This position has a fixed contract period of 12 months, inclusive of the training period, which is compulsory for all hires. The joining date is set for 1st May 2024, and the role requires mandatory work from the office.
