About the Company:
Ak Bhambri & Associates is a prominent law firm based in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, specializing in litigation, with a focus on criminal matters. The firm operates from Chamber 205 at Patiala House Court and is well-connected to the Jangpura Violet line metro station.
About the Internship/Job:
They are currently seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as Associates with a specialization in litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile criminal cases, gaining exposure to drafting various legal documents and representing clients in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1-3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Candidates preferred from Delhi-NCR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft a variety of documents, including SLPs, Appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, and Rejoinders.
Represent clients in court proceedings before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to case strategy.
Duration:
Full-time, immediate joining.
