About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking dedicated Associates with 0-2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our esteemed team. As an Associate at Alagh & Kapoor Law Offices, you will engage in legal research, draft opinions and replies, assist in court appearances, participate in client meetings, and maintain case files. Your primary focus will be on dispute resolution and corporate advisory under the guidance of our experienced Partners.

Eligibility:

• Qualified lawyer with LLB/LLM degree from a reputable institution

• 0-2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation and corporate law

• Strong research and analytical skills are essential

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft legal opinions, replies, and other legal documents

• Assist in court appearances and client meetings

• Maintain and organize case files

• Support Partners in dispute resolution and corporate advisory matters

Duration: Full-time on-site position
