Eligibility:

Possess good communication skills
2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law
Basic Qualifications: LLB/B.A. LLB/ BBA.LL.B

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining Database (Soft Copy & Hard Copy): Organize and manage legal documents both in digital and physical formats to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
Represent Company before Courts and/or any other Govt./Pvt. body: Act as a legal representative of the company in legal proceedings, ensuring the interests of the organization are safeguarded.
Drafting, Vetting, and Preparing Legal Documents: Skillfully draft, vet, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including notices. Attend and negotiate contracts with various clients, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
