About the Job:

Ankit Singal Advocates is seeking qualified and motivated lawyers to fill the positions of Junior Associate and Senior Associate. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to engage in significant legal work and represent clients before high courts and various tribunals.

Eligibility:

• Junior Associate: 1 to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)

• Senior Associate: 3 to 5 years of PQE

• Bachelor's degree in law

• Additional qualifications such as B.Com, CS, or CA are preferred

• Experience in appearing before HCs/NCLAT/NCLTS/NCDRC is preferred

• Strong communication, research, and drafting skills

• Good presentation skills

• A minimum commitment of 1 year is expected
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings and attending court/tribunal hearings

• Conducting legal analysis of legislations and research in corporate, commercial, insolvency, arbitration, and consumer laws

• Representing clients before courts and tribunals

Duration:

A minimum commitment of 1 year is required.
