About the job:
They are seeking a Real Estate Associate (non-litigation) to join our Mumbai office. The position requires candidates with 1-3 years of prior experience in carrying out title due diligence. Fluency in reading and understanding Marathi and English is essential for this role. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for conducting title due diligence and providing legal support to our real estate team.
Eligibility:
PQE: 1-3 years.
Prior experience in carrying out title due diligence.
Fluent in reading and understanding Marathi and English.
Roles and responsibilities:
Conducting title due diligence for real estate transactions.
Providing legal support to the real estate team.
Assisting in drafting legal documents and agreements related to real estate transactions.
Liaising with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Duration: Full-time position.
