About the Job:

They are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team in New Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional matters, including M&A, PE/VC transactions, and commercial contracts, while providing end-to-end support to clients.

Eligibility:

• BBA/BA LLB from a recognized university

• 3 to 4 years of PQE in general corporate, M&A, PE/VC transactions

• Knowledge and interest in corporate and transactional matters

• Excellent research and analytical skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English

• Exposure to cross-functional training

• Eagerness to learn and contribute as a team player

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to clients in transactional matters

• Draft and review transactional documentation

• Conduct due diligence exercises

• Offer support on commercial contracts, legal advisory, and compliance

• Analyze legal and commercial clauses and advise/negotiate for clients

Duration: Full-time, permanent position
