About the Job:
They are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team in New Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional matters, including M&A, PE/VC transactions, and commercial contracts, while providing end-to-end support to clients.
Eligibility:
BBA/BA LLB from a recognized university
3 to 4 years of PQE in general corporate, M&A, PE/VC transactions
Knowledge and interest in corporate and transactional matters
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Exposure to cross-functional training
Eagerness to learn and contribute as a team player
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support to clients in transactional matters
Draft and review transactional documentation
Conduct due diligence exercises
Offer support on commercial contracts, legal advisory, and compliance
Analyze legal and commercial clauses and advise/negotiate for clients
Duration: Full-time, permanent position
